Things to see in Delhi Visual Delight.

1. Red Fort. - Historical Place WiKi
2. Jama Masjid. - Famous Mosque Wiki 

The above two are in chandni chownk area which is like old delhi and is crowded.
Both will have ticket counters and long queues for Indians but for foriengners the queues are small.
Spicy Indian food is available in chandni chownk ranging from Indian delicacy Parantha , to Mughlai Chicken and Mutton.

3. Raj Path - Rashtrapati Bhavan meaning President house and the Parliament Nearby , you can see from Outside on your drive

4. Qutub Minar - Historical tower
Easy to cover but this is in other direction of Delhi

5. Akshardham Temple. - Relatively New Temple but takes a lot of time to cover , Almost full day , so plan the trip accordingly.Amazing Temple btw.

6. India Gate - Good to see ,You can drive pass it.

There are awesome coffee houses and restaurants in Cannought Place area near the India Gate for awesome food.Global Outlets are also present in that area.

Advise : If the travel period is Feb , It will be cold enough , so you have already avoided the scratching heat as these are outdoors places.
